Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
Large volume orders (1,000pcs or above) could potentially need 3 additional day of processing to prepare for shipment.

International Shipping

We can ship to ANY other Country but only in large volumes: Please contact us directly so we can discuss the freight options.
Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Batteries, etc.
All battery sales are final.  We cannot offer a refund or exchange for any battery as these are consumable goods and can be difficult to prove if unused and as a result, cannot be reused or resold.
If you have any questions about battery compatibility, please contact us prior to purchase.

Damaged Items
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately.  You will be asked to provide your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Defective Cells (Dead on arrival)
If you receive a battery which is DOA (completely dead and will not charge), please contact us within 3 days of accepted delivery.  We will accept these cells to be returned for a replacement under the following conditions:
1:Batch/Serial numbers will be checked to verify the cells originated from our warehouse.
2: Battery must be new/unused without any signs of use.
3: All original packaging must be included.

We will issue you an RMA to return the DOA cells.  Once the cells have been received, tested and verified to be DOA, a replacement order will be issued at no cost.  After the 5 day window has passed, our DOA guarantee will expire and no DOA return will be accepted.
